We worked with Shalu for our purchase of first home and I am extremely pleased with her work ethics and positive attitude. She is very methodical and passionate for her clients. I will not hestiate recommnding her for a moment.    She took time to know us our needs and was happily willing to accomodate our needs.   She knows the area, types of construction, and a real good knowledge for neighborhoods.   She keeps updated information about mortagae and housing market. When my husband and I started looking into reasl estate in Central Jersey, I came across Shalu's website. As this was to be our first home and we were not so familiar with the area. I needed a lot of information regarding the township,school district and the commute information. I wrote emails to Shalu and she responded right away. With our price range and commute situation she quickly narrowed down for us to a few townships. She educated us about the neighboring towns and immediately picked up what we liked. She was very on top of things and constantly updated me with information,almost like a weather report. With her help we quickly found our home and with her references we were able to find excellent attorney and home inspectors as well. My husband and I were very impressed with her work ethics and attitude. We both are working people and have extrmely busy schedules. Shalu understood that and was very accomodating to our schedule.
